C&J School Uniforms ~ Consignment Contract
All items must meet CURRENT uniform guidelines.
All clothing must be DELINTED, MENDED, FRESHLY LAUNDERED, PRESSED
and on HANGERS. (If you need extra hangers please stop by and pick them up)
ALL CLOTHING MUST SMELL FRESH: NO SMOKE, ANIMAL OR BODY ODOR
We will NOT accept any items in bags or tubs of any kind. NO EXCEPTION.
Items will be priced by C & J Uniforms, Inc.
Checks or cash will be available on the 10th of the following month that each item sells.
A Store Credit is issued once an item sells.
C & J School Uniforms will take reasonable care and precautions, BUT, cannot be responsible for loss by fire, water, theft, act of God, or damage for any reason.
At the discretion of C & J, items may be put on SALE. If, after 18 months the items have not sold, they will be donated to charity at C & J’s discretion.
It is YOUR responsibility to contact C & J to collect money.
All commissions not claimed will be retained by C & J after 12 months.
A minimum of 72 hours notice must be given to C & J if consignor desires to reclaim any items. Once the consignor is notified that the items are ready to be pick up, they MUST BE PICKED UP within 3 working days.
At the discretion of C & J, any items not useable/needed will be donated.
